cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes life can get in the way, and you may need to adjust your appointment. To ensure fairness and maintain our service quality, we ask that you please take note of the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice: You can reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
• Cancellations within 72 hours but more than 24 hours' notice: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Full payment for the treatment will be required.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services once the treatment has been completed.
