- Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice: You can reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
- Cancellations within 72 hours but more than 24 hours' notice: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Full payment for the treatment will be required.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services once the treatment has been completed.

- Full payment is required before or at the time of your appointment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
- Cancellations within 72 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment costwill apply.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
- For a treatment booked as part of a course of treatments, the cancellation policy above still applies.
Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
5. Refund Policy
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services once a treatment has been completed.
- If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made with adequate notice or under exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements before your treatment.
- If you are late to your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced or rescheduled.
- Some treatments are only available to clients aged 18 or over. Parental consent is required for minors where applicable.

- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.
